When returning either a partial or complete shipment, you must first contact us for a RMA number (return authorization) number. You can contact us by either phone, email or by fax to request a return. To access contact information refer to the “Contact Us” page on this website.
When returning items to our Returns Department, please ensure the RMA number is written on the outside of the shipping carton. Include in the carton the original or copy of the order invoice and indicate the reason for your return on the reverse side. If you no longer have your order invoice, please write your name, address, phone number, order number, the reason for your return.

Credit for Products Returned to the Supplier
1 Global Alliance, Inc. issues all credits for returned items purchased directly through 1 Global Alliance, Inc., whether shipped directly from 1 Global Alliance, Inc. or one of our merchant partners.
All returns, including any credits applied for return shipping charges, will be credited to the credit card on which the order was placed. We will make every effort to process returned items within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned items. Although we issue the credit as quickly as possible, please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your billing statement, depending upon how quickly your bank processes the credit.
